class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Because what is changing is not just how invoices are submitted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">It is what invoices are becoming.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>What Compliance Usually Means<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Compliance tends to be viewed in
